Currently, the federal agencies do not have a system/mechanism in place which allows online tracking of ATIP requests. Some service providers claim the possibility of online tracking and we advice you to beware of such false claims.
Due to Covid-19, the ATIP offices are working on reduced operational capacity causing delays in requests submitted. Currently the requests are being processed in 30-40 days however these timelines are strictly suggestive. Rest be assured, your order will be delivered to you in email within 24 business hours of receiving them.
